Anantha Krishnan
Anantha, an engineer by profession posseses a Masters Degree in Business Management, and over 25 years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of general management and business strategy, large account management, multi-system implementation engagement management, application design and development, recruitment and training.

Anantha has been involved in orchestrating business strategy and solution delivery in the core verticals such as Banking Financial and Insurance (BFI) and Technology, Wireless and Embedded (TWE). Anantha brings with him the experience as the Executive Director of Transworld Information systems, which he setup from grass root level to a US$30 million, several location Software development Corporation in USA, and later of heading the marketing and Operations of eComServer, Inc. Princeton, NJ as their COO (one of the leading implementers of Voice and Internet applications.

As the Regional marketing manager, CMC, he was responsible for the marketing and deployment of many cutting edge, real-time applications such as the Indian Railways Passenger Reservation System, Games Management System, Madras Port Automation, Scada-based Load dispatch and front office automation for banks.

He also brings the experience of setting up large offshore centers for clients in USA and for setting up quality processes and methodology for offshore development and maintenance of ERP and eCommerce applications.

Henry Hamilton
Henry (“Hank”) Hamilton possesses career experience in the financial services’ sector including brokerage, banking, property/casualty and life insurance. His broad and in-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies are complemented by strong interpersonal, influential, and negotiating skills. Hank obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Peter’s College in New Jersey. He is an active member in numerous technology groups and associations with certifications in project management and service delivery.

Anthony Savoca
Tony has over 30 years of experience in the brokerage industry. Most recently, he was a Vice President in the General Audit Department at JP Morgan Chase with responsibility covering advising the investment banking audit staff on broker dealer activities, including all current and pending regulatory developments. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, he was a Director at Schroder & Co., responsible for the audit activities in North America for Schroder PLC, the parent company. Early in his career, Tony was employed at the New York Stock Exchange as a financial examiner and for a medium size public accounting firm that serviced firms primarily in the financial services industry.

Tony is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Internal Auditors Division of the Securities Industry Association and is a former president of the Internal Auditors Division. He has B.A. in accounting from City College of New York and an MBA in business administration from Bernard M. Baruch College.

Jeffrey Goldberg
Jeff has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 25 years in various capacities from technical expert to departmental and global program manager. The breadth of his technical knowledge and skill set encompasses high-availability designs, client/server, communications and mainframe platforms. Through his leadership and commitment to purpose, he has established a track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.

Jeff has excelled when his management skills and technical expertise are applied to the development, implementation and operation of transaction based, real time systems. He began his career by writing application code on one of the major trading systems at Merrill Lynch. He then went on to manage on-line trading systems at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Most recently, Jeff has managed the deployment of a client/server system for Citigroup. This complex project involved the coordination of sites in Asia, Europe, North American, and South America and the upgrading of software on 90,000 desktops and the installation of over 50 regional servers. Other accomplishments over the recent past include desktop outsourcing analysis also at Merrill and business continuity requirements and implementation projects for a variety of companies.
